| Storing your cookie choice | Choice, notice version and expiry saved in your browser to respect your preferences. | Necessary technical functionality for consent management. |
This version of the website has no registration forms, newsletters, traffic analytics or advertising pixels. The website code does not perform profiling, and no automated decisions are made about reservations.
3. Providing data
Browsing requires the technical data needed to operate the service. Providing contact details is optional, but the necessary contact and booking information is required to respond or manage a reservation. Rejecting the map does not prevent browsing or booking.
Do not send medical documents or sensitive information by email or WhatsApp. For dietary requirements, speak directly to staff: any health information requires specific handling and, where necessary, separate explicit consent.
4. Retention
Enquiries and reservations are retained for the time needed to respond, organise and provide the service, then deleted unless there is a documented need to protect a legal right. Administrative documents are retained for the statutory periods, normally ten years for accounting records. Technical logs are retained for the period necessary for security and investigation of incidents, according to the hosting provider’s configuration and terms. Cookie preferences expire after six months; you may change them at any time before then.
5. Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by authorised staff, hosting and email providers, advisers and parties supporting the service, appointed as processors where required, and by public authorities where provided by law. Data is not made public. You may ask the controller for updated information on providers and the retention periods actually configured.
6. External services and transfers
Fonts and images are served by this website. The page contacts Google Maps only after consent to external content. WhatsApp and Google Maps links open external services only when you select them; their processing is also governed by their respective privacy notices: Google and WhatsApp.
These providers may also process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their notices, such as applicable adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. For details of safeguards concerning providers engaged by the controller, contact the controller using the details above.
7. Your rights
Where provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, write to the controller; a reply is normally provided within one month, subject to any extensions permitted by the GDPR.
You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or seek a judicial remedy.
8. Cookies and updates
See the Cookie Policy for details and change your choices using the button. This notice may be updated when services or processing change.
